This sumptuous design is inspired by 17th Century Baroque architecture. Separate elements are re-worked then laid over a back ground of tarnished and gilded duck egg, blue paint. Digitally printed on delicate, 12mm silk, crepe de chine, gives this design a more ephemeral feel and an excellent soft drape. Once again the generous 62cm x 188cm proportions mean that it can be worn both as a elegant, evening shawl, or scrunched as a summer scarf.
