A light weight, wool scarf in rich red hues, with a gold tone, filigree, pattern. Inspired by the engraving on a 15th Century breast plate and a medieval helmet, held in the Royal Armouries Leeds. Although the helmet was medieval, it had been covered in red velvet during the Victorian era, so I've chosen wool for this scarf to reflect the depth of the colours.
Ideal of an evening shawl or scrunched for everyday wear.
62cm x 190cm, finished with a hand rolled hem.
